Scott joined Connery Consulting in 2018. He began his Connery career as a Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager, partnering with high-growth companies like Uber, Rippling, and Luminar Technologies.
Scott has driven the expansion of Connery’s contingency practice since 2021, building partnerships with clients spanning early-stage startups to established public companies. His leadership now extends across the firm’s broader business development initiatives, continuing to propel Connery’s growth.

With more than 14 years of recruiting and account management experience across both agency and in-house environments, Scott brings deep expertise in building and scaling talent functions. Before joining Connery, he led recruitment and HR for an EnergyTech startup.

Scott is a University of Michigan graduate and outside of work enjoys playing Euchre, traveling and exploring new places along with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Honey.
