Clarissa joined Connery Consulting in 2016 as the first hire in Austin, TX. Throughout her tenure, she built the talent research and sourcing team, partnered with dozens of clients as their trusted recruiting leader, and managed key HR & recruitment engagements for startups, venture capital, private equity, and non-profit clients.

As Managing Director, Clarissa oversees Connery’s global talent and human resources functions. She leads a team of 20+ consultants across the US and continues to partner directly with clients around the world.

Clarissa is a Seattle native and University of Washington graduate. She began her career with the HR benefits team at Microsoft. Outside of the office, Clarissa loves to cook, work on her golf game, and spend time with her family.
